Three Dolphins Villa occupies 2 acres, is very private, fully air conditioned and has all the amenities of home, including WI-FI throughout. The main house comprises front entrance hall, open plan living, 60-inch TV, Sony speaker system for Apple devices, dining area with grand piano, and a master bedroom with a king sized bed. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and all appliances provide the conveniences of home living with luxurious comfort, aquatic ocean beauty and clean air.

Additional, self contained Guest Suite incorporated within the main house, has its own full kitchen, with one queen size bedroom and one king size bedroom that can be changed to two twin XL, all with en suite bathrooms.

Just steps away under a covered archway is another spacious, self contained and fully equipped five bedroom guest villa comprising of four king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, four en-suite bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, and a lovely living room opening out to an outdoor covered dining area.

Self-contained, Pool House overlooks the 42' pool and the ocean. Comprises a king size bedroom that can be changed to two twin XL, bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining.

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
